Senior engineers are quoted higher. The exact rate depends on the level and the work. Large programs, dozens of people across several teams, run together with our sister company, Intersog, under one written agreement.

Can your engineers work under our agency's name?
Yes. You keep the client and the contract, and we answer to you. Partner terms are agreed in writing before the first engagement.
Who owns the code?
You do, or your client does. The code lives in your repositories from the first commit, and intellectual property transfers in full on final payment.
What if an engineer is not a fit?
We replace the person and tell you why. Tell us early; it is cheaper for everyone.
Which time zones do you cover?
The core team works from Vancouver in US and Canadian business hours, with at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern. Overlap for the UK, Europe or Australia is agreed per project, in writing.
Do your engineers use AI tools?
Yes, the same agent tooling we use on our own products. A person reviews every change, you decide what runs in your repositories, and tool costs appear on their own invoice line, capped.
